Before visiting Bali, the fam trip group who took the local Bali Impression agent has made visits to various tourism objects in Bandung, West Java, Borobudur and Prambanan temple in Yogyakarta. According to Wayan Suena, Director of Sales Bali Impression, 15 travel agents are an agent that is indeed so far sold a number of destinations in Indonesia, including Bali. With their presence in Bali, we hope that the number of Canadian tourists to visit Indonesia, especially Bali, will increase in coming years. Wayan Suena also optimistic that by holding the right partner in Canada as well as positive support from the Indonesian Embassy in Ottawa,we hope there will be a significant increase of tourists from Canada.
Encountered during a press conference at the Puri Saron Hotel, Seminyak Bali, Michel Lariviere, Director of Marketing Tours Hai International, one of Canada's largest tour operator said that Bali is still attractive to tourists from Canada. Bali's selling point lies in the culture and hospitality of the people that could not be found in any other region in the world. According to Michel, travel agents in Canada were never sold Bali from it's beach side, because there are still more attractive beaches elsewhere other than in Bali.

Michel who also has visiting Indonesia for more than 15 times, is very grateful to acknowledge the Indonesian Embassy in Ottawa. This is the first collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy and hope will continue to build a positive cooperation with the Indonesian Embassy.
While GM of Puri Saron Hotel, Gusti Kade Sutawa acknowledge that the efforts like this should be supported because they directly interact with the tourists, let alone have been included in their guide book.
